Purchase terms

Her Home Design sells downloadable educational books from Her Wellspring. The main guide is $19 USD; the guide and optional Fix Planner are $29 USD. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The checkout shows the final charge, including any applicable tax, discounts or currency conversion.
The main guide includes PDF and EPUB formats. The planner is a printable PDF, not a fillable form. No physical item is shipped. Files are delivered after the payment is verified. Your purchased PDFs and a private link are emailed to the address entered at checkout; the original checkout browser also opens downloads when verification completes. Some payment methods take longer to confirm.
Seller details displayed by Whop at checkout or on its receipt apply to your transaction. For product and order help, contact [email protected]. If delivery is missing, check Spam, Junk and Promotions or use Find my books with the same checkout email. Contact us if a link has expired or you used a different email.
Your purchase is for personal use. You may save and print your copies, but may not resell, publicly distribute or share the paid files or private download links.
New download links are valid for 365 days, subject to order eligibility. Previously issued links retain their existing access terms. Save the files to keep your copies. Refunded or disputed orders may lose online download access. Under the seven-day guarantee, already downloaded copies may be retained for personal use. See the refund policy for requests on days 8–14 and applicable consumer rights.
The books provide general home-design education and do not replace qualified advice for electrical, structural or other specialist work. Results depend on your home and choices. Helen is Her Wellspring’s virtual host; illustrative scenes are not customer testimonials.
Your order is covered by a seven-day full money-back guarantee. Contact us within seven days of purchase if the books are not right for you; you may keep downloaded copies for personal use.
